Learner data and privacy

The network’s Cloudflare D1 database stores verified email, name, self-declared experience band, consent, purchases, unit progress, assessment attempts, first passing result, and certificate code and estimated duration. Files are kept in Cloudflare R2 and access is checked for each account.

Your email and experience are not automatically published. Public certificate verification shows course, issue date, validity and name initials. Full certificate details are available only to the account owner and authorized administrators.

A sign-in code valid for ten minutes is sent through Cloudflare Email Service. A necessary secure session cookie lasts seven days; only its hash is stored. Expired challenges and sessions are removed on the next sign-in request. No password is stored.

At commercial launch, the payment provider or Merchant of Record identified at checkout will process payment details under its linked privacy policy. The site will store transaction reference, status, product and amount, never card numbers. Certificate and order records are retained for verification and record keeping. Contact network administration to request access, corrections or deletion where possible.
