Contribute Professional Expertise
Professionals may contribute subject-matter knowledge, educational source material, technical review or participation in expert review panels supporting APEN courses, e-books and learning tools.
APEN courses and completion certificates concern non-academic professional learning; they do not confer an academic qualification or a professional licence. They document learning from practical experience, complement academic education and respect its importance without replacing it.
Read about APEN’s identity and approachHow a contribution becomes an educational product
- A contributor proposes practical knowledge, references, a draft or an educational concept. Raw material is not listed directly for sale.
- APEN develops instructional design, course architecture, editing, visuals, activities, digital tools, templates and assessments, with bilingual adaptation where applicable.
- Outputs undergo technical review, quality assurance, digital preparation and learning-platform integration before publication by APEN. A full course may take approximately 60 days depending on scope; this is an estimate, not a delivery promise.
Contributor role and content rights
The finished product is developed, produced and published by APEN. Contributors have no independent storefront, checkout or direct sales relationship with learners. This page is not a directory for hiring experts or buying their services; there are no expert rates, booking buttons or customer-to-expert payments.
Before contributed material is incorporated into a paid product, the necessary intellectual-property, adaptation, publication and commercialization rights must be documented. Any compensation is governed by a separate direct agreement between APEN and the contributor, independently of the learner purchase transaction and the payment provider or Merchant of Record. Voluntary contributions are documented accordingly.
Propose an educational contribution
Email a short summary of your field, educational concept and proposed contribution. Do not send identity documents, confidential material or content you are not entitled to share. APEN reviews the proposal before agreeing on production.
